Every device that connects to a  Wi-Fi network has been using the same WP2 security protocol for the last 10 years. Now,  Wi-Fi Alliance , an industry body that certifies Wi-Fi enabled gadgets, has now introduced certifications for the new WP3 security protocol. In other words, Wi-Fi devices will now offer WP3 security protocol which makes it harder for hackers to guess your Wi-Fi password. WPA3 protocol adds new features to simplify Wi-Fi security and delivers increased cryptographic strength. The introduction WP3 doesn’t mean that your old Wi-Fi devices will stop working. Passport Seva app: How to apply for a new (or re-issue) passport on mobile

The government of India has added new features in the “mPassportSeva” app and will now allow citizens to apply for a fresh passports from the app itself. This  mobile app was first released on July 11, 2013 and has been recently updated on June 5, as per the app history on Google Play. On the occasion of the ‘Sixth  Passport  Seva Divas’ on June 26, External Affairs Minister  Sushma Swaraj announced the new developments. The app is available for free download on both Android and iOS and has garnered over 1 million downloads. Note that the app is released by ‘Consular, Passport and Visa (CPV) Division’ and not by any other government agency. WhatsApp updates privacy policy for India: Here's what it means for you

WhatsApp, which is   testing its payments services in India, today said  it  is updating its terms of service and privacy policy to "reflect the addition of payment interoperability features" ahead of the full-fledged launch of the service. Almost one million people are "testing" WhatsApp's payments service in India, which is the largest base for the Facebook-owned company that has over 1.5 billion users globally.  WhatsApp  has over 200 million users in India. "We'll be updating our WhatsApp payments Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to provide simpler language on how the payments feature operates. It also reflects the addition of payment interoperability features we've added since the beta started," a WhatsApp spokesperson told .
