Reliance Jio now offers VoLTE-based inbound International Roaming 4G services between India and Japan
Jio users will be able to place calls and access the internet when in international roaming, in Japan. Reliance Jio has partnered with KDDI, a Japan-based telecommunications operator to enable its VoLTE based inbound International Roaming 4G services between India and Japan. Jio subscribers in Japan will be able to make calls and access the internet on the company’s network, without switching to a local SIM. “Reliance Jio is focused on delivering the best data and voice experience to all of India and those who visit India. We welcome KDDI customers to Jio as the first international VoLTE and HD roaming users in India,” said Mark Yarkosky, Reliance Jio .
